A fantastic night at Queens Pit

I have just got back from watching Johnny Cowling and local music group Route 66 at Indian Queens Pit. We had around 400 people in the Pit – the biggest attendance for an event in many years. - and it was a fantastic night.

    So wonderful to see the Pit still so much in use.
    Can remember not only the Anniversary Tea Treats there but also the area as my Playground from at least up to 9 years old when I lived in Pit Lane,60 Years ago almost.
