In Oppositio...We know what to expect from Cameron. In Opposition he threw us a bone by appointing Mark Prisk as "Shadow Minister for Cornwall", while promising a Minister for Cornwall if he subsequently led a government. It was, of course, a cynical election ploy and nothing else. Prisk wasn't "Shadowing" anyone and was in no position to influence a thing. The appointment was utterly meaningless, but sounded good.
